The Team Verrico launch ball ticket price includes a three course dinner and wine on tables. The wine supplier chosen has cleverly matched the wines to some of the house choices at The Baths Hall, to encourage a seamless evening of entertainment at the table (and hopefully mitigating sore heads).
Italian Pinot Grigio and Pinot Grigio Blush plus a velvety and smooth Merlot will be provided as part of the ticket price at the table, alongside a glass of pink fizz on arrival to the lobby where our talented pianist Sam Young with play the first of his two performances.
The menu has now been finalised in collaboration with the Baths Hall. We will be starting off with a salad of roast pear and shaved Swaledale cheese on a crisp salad with rosemary croutons and a cider vinegar dressing. The main chosen is oven baked breast of chicken with a country bacon and leek risotto served with a sun blushed tomato and red wine sauce, both great with either red, white or rose.
For the vegetarians amongst us*, a balsamic risotto with wild mushrooms and sun blushed tomato chutney served with shaved parmesan. Then to finish for all, a classic caramelised lemon tart with fresh strawberries, fruit coulis and dairy cream.
All a great selection for food and wine for a glamorous summer’s evening of entertainment, live-music and fabulous auction prizes all to raise money for Team Verrico’s important causes.
